The NotifiUs Patient Engagement Platform supports a new level of patient to care provider communications. Patient data can be securely and easily collected regarding a patients adherence to their medication prescription. Data such as, reasons for non-adherence and side-effects from the medication are collected and used to refine and improve the patients adherence plan. Messaging services can be configured with other care professionals such as pharmacists and family members to make sure patients pick up initial prescription fills or complete re-fills on a timely basis.
