Your personal information is used only for completing the notification services as established by the administer or Message Sender of the account. NotifiUs has no control, management, over sight or relationship with the Message Sender. The Message Sender may choose to include the phone number (to send text or text to voice messages), name and schedule for sending the notification messages, calendar date for continued sending of messages, and the actual content of the notifications or message. This information is inputted by the Message Sender or “administrator” of the account.
Personal Information is data based with the vendor AWS (Amazon), and accordingly AWS aligns HIPAA risk management program with FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 including the encryption of all Personal Information while stored electronically. While NotifiUs does not represent the services or support of health provider information or act as a business associate we strive to protect information to the highest standards possible. Each participate must take care to not share password information or other information that my allow unauthorized access to their account. NotifiUs is not responsible for the the public or private disclosure of participant information or usage of service.
Use of Personal Information. NotifiUs is a notification service for the reminder of events or actions such as attending appointments, taking medications or reviewing material. And data inputted by the Message Sender, Message Recipients or Additional Message Recipient will be used only for the sending and receiving of notifications between these participants by NotifiUs. NotifiUs does not share Personal Information.
Log Data. Information your browser sends to us when visiting our website may be collected. This information or “Log Data”. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this information for the purpose of improved customer service.
